How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings > Subscription. You can update your payment method, change your plan, or cancel from there.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign In" and then "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link.

Can I share articles with friends?

Subscribers can share up to 5 articles per month via a unique link. Recipients can read the full article without a subscription.

What is The Auguro's refund policy?

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I submit a correction?

Email corrections@theauguro.com with the article URL and the specific claim you believe is incorrect. We review all correction requests within 48 hours.

How do I pitch an article?

See our contributor guidelines at /contribute for submission details.

Is my content accessible offline?

Our mobile app (coming soon) will support offline reading for saved articles. Currently, the site requires an internet connection.
